How we work

In a word, we work in the way that suits you best.  We can talk face-to-face or on the phone.  We can meet at your home or at our offices.  We are as flexible as your schedule and your needs demand.

Step One: Conversation

Everyone is an individual; every mortgage is different; every piece of financial protection is unique.  So every piece of work starts with an initial meeting (free of charge) including an in-depth conversation about you – your situation, your challenges, your opportunities, your priorities and your needs.  We feel this is best done face-to-face, but we are also happy to talk on the phone.

Step Two: Collaboration

Although we are a local company, specialising in meeting the financial needs of our communities, we are backed by a nationwide network of expertise.  Once we have understood your circumstances, we will research the market and consult with our colleagues to identify all the possible ways in which we can get you from where you are to where you want to be. 

Step Three: Consultation

We will meet with you a second time, this stage again without a meeting fee, to describe our findings in depth, detailing all of the possible directions that you could take, together with our recommendations and our reasoning.  It is then up to you whether you want to move forward with any of these.  We have a reputation for friendly, expert service, entirely without pressure.
